Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are several types of products that are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Intimate – use Products:Products that come into direct contact with the skin, such as sexy lingerie and underwear. Due to their special nature of use, after being opened, they may affect the hygiene standards for secondary sales, so returns and exchanges are not supported.
- Consumables: Opened consumables, such as lubricants and condoms. For the rest of the products, once they are opened and used, we cannot guarantee their quality and safety. Therefore, we do not offer return or exchange services.
- Custom – made Products:Adult products customized according to the special needs of customers. Due to their uniqueness and non – universality, returns and exchanges are not accepted except for quality problems.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items on special offer cannot be refunded.
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send an email to a12157@outlook.com and send your item to: Room 505, Building 15, No. 99, Zhengda Road, Qingjiangpu District, Huai’an City, Jiangsu Province, China.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and delivered directly to you, you will receive gift credits equal to the value of the returned item. After receiving the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift – giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift – giver, and they will be informed of your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for returning the item. Shipping fees are non – refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the return shipping fees from your refund.
Depending on your place of residence, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
